introduces an Online tool for your website, that allows job applicants
to apply for an advertised position with your company.
The Online tool, which is browser based involves an administration
area for Human Resources personnel to keep a database of applicants
as well as retrieve stored information.
The typical sequence is as follows:
A job applicant fills out the online form and is given a choice
on the form to upload and attach their resume (pdf or Word document)
to the submission.
After the form has been submitted, a designated Human Resource person
would receive an email notifying them that the applicant has applied
for a position. The mail would contain a link to the administration
area for the HR person to review the application.
J&M can manage open positions on your website, however if you
prefer to do this, we can provide you with an upgrade to your Online
tool, that allows a designated person to accomplish this through
the administration area.
