J&M introduces an Online tool for your website, that allows users to reserve rooms for your hotel.

The Online tool, which is browser based, involves an administration area for hotel staff approval
or disapproval.

The typical sequence is as follows:

User requests type of room and specific dates...and fills out credit card information. The information submitted will be encrypted for security. The user then receives a message on their screen stating the request has been received.

Hotel personnel receive the request via email, with a link to the administration area on the website. Hotel personnel click on link to review the request and check on availability through their present system. The rooms are then approved, information taken from the request and a room number assigned. A button on the administration area for approval will be "clicked" by hotel personnel, which will then email approval to requester. For rooms not available, a button will be "clicked" stating disapproval and an email sent to requester apologizing for no rooms available for the
date(s) requested.

This system may be integrated into your existing software used for hotel reservations. Please check with the J&M staff for more information.
