J&M introduces an Online tool for your website that allows users to purchase tickets for your entertainment events via the internet.

This Online tool, which is browser based, has a built in administration area (on your website) for your personnel to manage your online entertainment ticket sales.

The typical sequence is as follows:

The user goes to the online ticket area on your website. The user selects the event, type of ticket and quantity. User also fills out credit card information and submits request.

Your designated ticket manager receives an email notifying them of the request and providing a link to the administration section of your website. The request is reviewed by your ticket manager, approved, seat(s) assigned and credit card information is processed the usual way at the casino. Tickets can also be printed through the administration area and may be placed in the "will call" area (along with credit card receipt).

An email approval acknowledgment, initiated by the ticket manager through the website will be sent to the purchaser, confirming the sale. For disapproval (sell outs) an apology email will be sent to the user.
